Knee Drill: “Glove hand Position”

Key Points:

  1. Fingertips of Glove on the ground (working from down to up)

  2. Funnel glove to belt

  3. Keep glove when switching to Backhand

Everyday Drills (EDD): “Hand & Arm Motion”

Key Points:

  1. Fingers Down

  2. Wrist Motion Forward

Line Drill: “Approach Foot Work”

Key Points:

  1. Clear your body to non-glove side

  2. Step to your glove (Right foot, then left foot)

Flamingo Drill:

Key Points:

  1. Funnel to Belt

Triangle Drill: “Body Position”

Key Points:

  1. Feet Width

  2. Flat Back

  3. Chest to Thighs

  4. Hands in front of cap

  5. Left Eye

Swing Mechanics:

Key Points:

  1. Load

  2. Stride

  3. Swing
